You will also get some information on how to start growing chilli's at home. Here in the West country we have a milder climate than other parts of the UK, which allows us to start the season earlier in the year & continue picking fruit until late into November.

This is where it all began in 2007

From this greenhouse I started with only a handful of plants which produced hundreds of chilli's, which then turned into my obsession.

Health benefits of chilli's

Red and green are both high in vitamin C (Anti-ageing, wound healing, decreasing blood cholesterol and prevention of infections it helps the body in absorbing iron).

Red chilli's are very high in vitamin A for growth, healthy hair, skin, bones, teeth and eyes as well as resistance to respiratory infections (breathing).
